The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is happy to present Hospitality Training given by Ginny Krichau who is the Director of Patient Experience at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.

The session will be held twice on Tuesday, July 24 from 10:00-11:00 am and again from 5:00-6:00 pm at The Grand Theater in downtown Knoxville.

Attendees will learn about creating personal connections with customers, common courtesy, showing caring compassion, and going the extra mile. It is important to provide welcoming and first-rate experiences to locals and visitors in Knoxville which will then result in them sharing their good experiences via word of mouth or on social media.

Who should attend? Anyone and everyone are welcome but we highly recommend this training for:

  • Front-line employees who interact with customers often
  • Business and community leaders
  • Organization volunteers
  • Managers of retail shops, restaurants, attractions, hotels, gas stations, and convenience stores

Cost to attend is free to Knoxville Chamber members and $10/person for non-members. Payment will be due at the event. There is no limit on how many people can attend so invite your whole staff but please make sure to pre-register at

The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to fostering a vibrant business community through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
