I have 30×30 shop space available with an attached apartment for a race team. It is set up to sleep 4, but an additional person could sleep on the futon in the main room. Apartment is under construction and will be ready August 1. Looking to rent all 10 days of nationals or can negotiate shop space rental ahead of apartment completion.
Full hook ups for a toter home or RV as well for additional cost. (2 hook ups available)
The shop now has a utility sink, work bench along one wall, shelving along the back wall with space for engine crates, space for spare cars, and wing storage from ceiling.
Located 5 miles north of town, rural, quiet setting.
