Waterfront Loft style cabin available for rent for the Knoxville Nationals from August 1-11, 2024.

Our ‘tiny’ cabin home is located along the Des Moines river in Tracy (about 20 minutes east of Knoxville) and is available to rent out for the 2024 360 & 410 Knoxville Nationals. The cabin has been gutted and renovated within the last 5 years. The 12 x 20 floor plan includes with a small kitchenette with fridge and stove, living space with a full size couch and recliner, small bathroom with shower stall, all on the lower level. The open sleeping loft has 2 beds (1 queen, 1 full) which are connected by a catwalk. The cabin is situated with a serene view of the Des Moines river and the historic Bellfountaine bridge. There is a great outdoor living area with covered porch, hammock chairs, swing bed, and fire pit. Fish during the day, race at night (fishing gear including Iowa fishing license are not supplied).
The cabin is available for rent between August 1-14th and is ideal for a couple or 2 buddies.
We are not ADA or handicap accessible. No smoking inside the cabin. No pets.
Included: full size stove and fridge, kitchenware, Smart TVs, WiFi, DVDs & DVD player, bedding and towels. We can also provide a bag of ice during your stay.
Prefer to rent for the entire 10 days. Will consider other time frames, but must be a 4 night minimum. No cleaning or maintenance fees. 50% deposit required to hold rental immediately with remaining 50% due 30 days before stay (July 1st). $165/night.
